First time messing with oil paints. Usually paint in a small room so maybe not smart? 😅 I usually prefer acrylics, but a friend bought me some oils in a set as a gift. Also she likes unicorns and the color red.

Encroaching Night
The unicorn looks a bit odd because I tried using some glow in the dark paint over it (well, also I messed it up a bit). The glow in the dark didn’t show up very well and I can’t get a good picture of it. But the stars looked kind of decent, so I think if I ever do more night sky paintings again that will by my go-to secret accent.
Anyhow, this is a gift for a friend that likes unicorns.
