Slapped some backgrounds on the last of my small canvases the other night, and tonight painted subjects on them. I really like how the face in the stars came out. Wonder if I could have made the sea angel more disturbing too. Hmm

Flowery snake
Tried to go for a nebula inspired spacey background.

A little lopsided and not sure if it’s obvious enough that’s a mountain? Had the background sitting around since last year when I was doing yin/yang themed landscapes, so decided to finally slap something simple on it.
